Many say they want to hear My voice, but only too few put themselves in a place where they can hear My voice. Too few seek after that place where they can hear My voice, too few set aside the things of this world that they may hear My voice. My sheep know My voice and they follow after Me. Many however when they hear My voice they refuse to follow after Me, they say I’m too busy Lord, I have to go here, I have to go there, I have to do this, I have to do that.
The Lord says, do you not understand the hour is short, do you not understand that your time on the earth is limited, do you not understand that the Crowns that will be laid up for you in heaven are there waiting for you to be obedient to My call. There are those who say they want to hear My voice yet do not put themselves in a place where they can hear My voice, and those that do hear My voice far too many say to me no Lord, Like I was some father or some mother or some earthly person that they can just say no to.
Do you not understand that I AM the creator of the universe, says God, do you not understand that I hold the key to death, hell, and the grave. Do you not understand, says God, that I AM the one who formed you when you were in your mother’s womb. Do you not understand that I have seen your entire life from beginning to end. Do you not understand that I know the way of righteousness, that I know the way that is best, that I know the things that are eternal.
Do you not understand that I love your loved ones more than you do. Do you not understand that I love you more than you could possibly imagine. Do you not understand that there is a place in heaven waiting for you, do you not understand that you will one day join Me in that place, and you will have to leave all the things of this world behind to join Me there.
Do you not understand those things that you hold onto you will have to let go of them. You’re going to have to make yourself ready for My coming, the Lord says, the hour is short, My sheep know My voice and follow after Me.
