Thus says the Lord:
“Oh that your eyes might see what my eyes see.
Oh that your heart might hear what my heart hears and feels.
Oh that you might know my will.
Oh that you might know the hour in which we live.
Oh that you might spend time in my presence so that you could see what I see,
so that you could hear what I hear, so that you would feel my heartbeat.
Oh that you could know the importance,
Oh that you could know eternal riches.
Oh that you could know the things that are of the kingdom of heaven.
Oh that you could know the things that last forever.
It would change everything about the way you live.
It would change everything about the things that you do.
It would change everything about the things that you think,” says God.
“Oh seek me” says God, “in my heart. Seek my face.
Spend time in my word. Learn of me. Learn of my will. Learn of the things that I would call you to do.
Learn of the things that I would call you to do.
Learn of the things that need to be done because so few do so much.
So few hear my heart. So few see what I see with my eyes. So few hear what I hear.”
The Lord says “Oh that my people, which are called by my name, would humble themselves
and pray and seek my face. Then I would hear from heaven and forgive their sins and heal their land.
Oh” says God, “I desire a people who delight to know my will,
Who delight to know the things that I desire, who want with all their hearts to serve me.
Who are willing to lay up eternal riches that will last forever and ever.
Where a thief can not break in and steal. Where rust will not decay.”
“Oh,” the Lord says to his church, “Seek after me with your whole heart and ye shall find me and you
shall not be disappointed, says God, but rather you will rejoice with great joy
when you see those things that are eternal, compared to those things which are temporal.
Seek after me,” says God, “and you will find me when you seek after me with your whole heart.”
