In a demonstration of hope and faith, over 100 churches in San Diego came together and pray for healing and restoration.
This event that was held on last Saturday; 20th June 2020 from 9.am to 10 am focused on praying for breakthrough aftermath of COVID-19 and racial division that has torn the nation apart.
This very event with the hashtag “We Pray San Diego” featured multiple Christians in a total of 135 churches hitting the street, park, and public places for a huge prayer amid the COVID -19 crisis to raise hope in the time of civil unrest.
According to CBN NEWS, the senior pastor of San Diego’s Rock Church Miles McPherson said that he was happy of the huge turnout during the event. He added that because of this prayer, San Diego will start seeing the fruit out of it and also strongly emphasised that God can bring good out of the evil and good out of the pain San Diego and the whole country is feeling now.
“I know that God always hears our cries and I can’t wait to hear what God has done not only in people’s hearts but in families and businesses, in people’s health and relationships,” he said. US representative, major, city leaders, congressman, council members, county supervisors, and 8,600 joined this event.
These events and among others happening in the world is proving to be a great example of Christians rising up to challenge the enemies of the world spiritually.
