Lauren Daigle, an American contemporary Christian music singer and songwriter over the weekend has been awarded ‘Favorite Artist in the Contemporary Inspirational.’
Lauren Daigle is a two-time Grammy winner who has topped Billboard Top Christian Albums chart with her debut album ‘How Can It Be’ in 2015, and also topped it last month, October.
Contesting in that category were top Christian artists like Kanye West and for KING & COUNTRY. Lauren beat them to sway the away.
The 48th Annual American Music Award (AMA) was hosted by Taraji Henson, the event was meant to honour top musicians and artists especially in America where Daigle was luck to be honoured also.
Lauren Daigle has had an amazing musical career over the past few years, as she is rising to the top chart with her inspiring songs. The Christian music singer’s debut album has been certified Platinum by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA).
Her third studio album, ‘Look Up Child’, released in 2018, debuted at No. 3 on the Billboard 200 chart for the success of the single ‘You Say’. This made her project the highest-charting Christian album by a woman in over 20 years.
